Visiting Captain
A Visiting Captain is an honorary rank bestowed upon a Captain that is not directly involved with the Colorado Rogues Fleet. They are Captains of their own vessels and usually have a different "Home Faire" than the Colorado Renaissance Festival.
Unless otherwise instructed they are to be honored in thier position and shown respect but understood that they do not hold rank over any Fleet Member including Step N' Fetches.
This rank is one of the highest honors a Friend of Rogues may posess and is usually reserved for those Captains that have created an alliance between groups that is mutually benefical.. In most cases this requires a crew as a Captain of one is so common.
This is not a title that is proposed or demanded. It is bestowed as the council feels fit.
