A Visiting Captain is an honorary rank bestowed upon a Captain that is not directly involved with the Colorado Rogues Fleet. They are Captains of their own vessels and usually have a different "Home Faire" than the Colorado Renaissance Festival.

Unless otherwise instructed they are to be honored in thier position and shown respect but understood that they do not hold rank over any Fleet Member including Step N' Fetches. They are not considered Colorado Rogues until they join the fleet Officially though The Round Table.
