Ship Story
Ship Song
1. You may think you're safe On the gently bobbing waves But look behind you, sailor, as you sail For the storm is sweeping fast And each breath may be your last Death's following behind, just hear her wail
2. Though snowy white the sheet Boys, the slaughter won't be neat These pirates thrive on mayhem, fear, and murder On the wings of profane prayer Turn around, you'll find us there The deadly ship, The Lady Sinister
- Hell's children form her crew
Boy, there's nothing you can do But run back home to Mama's arms and cry So, flee, you craven cur From The Lady Sinister Sob out your final prayer before you die*
3. When the captain takes the deck Your boat soon will be a wreck A ghost ship on the bottom of the sea Pull out your guns and swords Cause the crew is feeling bored And a battle's just as good as liberty
4. Stand rounds on any shore They will quickly tell you more Bout the death toll rising worse than any plague If you meet us on the sea Don't go begging for mercy You'll only spark the captain to a rage
- chorus*
5. We stand as living proof That your nightmares do come true Our tales need no survivors left to tell We're the fears that stalk the night We're the terrors of the fight And we'll see you 'gain when we sail home to hell
- chorus*
