Harbourmaster Kashunn, who served under the sign of the elder god from 2005-2009, has since retired as leader of the Step n' Fetches.

The Harbour is the central port for the Colorado Rogues. All new people go through the harbour and are put under the Harbourmaster for the Step n' Fetch program for one year. At the end of the year they are judged on performance and either inducted into the ranks or repeat the program for another year.
