'Mission Statement
The Brewmeister’s guild is organized to promote the art and hobby of home brewing. We discuss beer, mead, wine, cider; as well as non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, and soda-pop. We strive to perfect our techniques and recipes, through its members within, as well as interaction with other brewing clubs and organizations outside of the Colorado Rogues.
What we do: We try to have a meeting at least once per month, and to brew something every 2 months. We have the ability to obtain Grain, Honey, Hops, Kegs, Bottles, Cleaning supplies and other equipment at discounted prices from time to time throughout the year. These "Group Buys" happen when several statewide brewers get together and order ingredients or equipment in Bulk.
Bardkin, the guild head, has been home brewing for over 9 years and is well versed in equipment, usage, maintenance as well as more advanced topics such as yeast propagation and recipes for brewing water.
Currently, the Brewmeister’s guild is viewable by all who have access to the message boards, but only those with "Full Rogue" status may become a member and gain the ability to post or reply. If you are a rogue at least 21 yrs. old and would like to become a member, please PM Bardkin.
