While in port upon the Eilean er Coayl Grayse, wandering the streets, calling loudly for her father, she happened by the House of Cricket. Madam Cricket, upon hearing the ruckus, runs outside and demands to know what in the hell is going on. Bellows, startled by the Madam's sudden appearance, yells again. When Madam sees all of the people running toward her to see what the commotion is all about, she instantly realizes that this girl could be a blessing.
