Rank Insignia for Roguelings

Roguelings are the under age 21children who are parented by a Full Rogue. After reaching 21 they can petition to bypass Step n Fetch to the Captain's Council, or begin Step n Fetch to award themselves more honor among their peers.

Roguelings do not wear the flag of the colorado rogues, and cannot hold any rank with a bone as they are not members of The Colorado Rogues, yet.
