A raucous weekend camping Rogue event that takes place at the close of a Colorado Renaissaince Festival season.
EOFP is when the previous year's crop of Step n' Fetch's who have passed graduate formally into a full member of the Colorado Rogues.
It is also when the Harbourmaster and his crew interview and induct the next year's Step n' Fetch's.
