Biography
Questions to answer:
1) What is ur full name and how did u get it? a. Quiksylvr d’Lamina….Italian…means “she of the quicksilver blade”, which in my case really refers to a rose’s color and my blade lust. Friends call me “sylvr”. That name was gifted me by Lady Erickson…an artist who might claim royalty in her patronage, gifted in exchange for a kindness. Was nameless and homeless before then, and walked the earth in shadow.
2) How did u become a rogue? . Was taking a walk through the shire a little earlier than was my want. Heard the distinctive sound of sword fighting. Crept closer to investigate. Two men, both excellent swordsmen, were fighting to the shouts and cheers of more than a dozen pirates. I concealed myself but was spotted by one of the female pirates who beckoned for me to join the group. Join the group, I did, both that night and every night after, ‘til what passed for home & family was found.
3) Why do u go masked? Some time ago, my blood brother was killed. There is a hole left in my heart. Masking my face makes masking that pain easier. A thing begun in mourning fit well enough to be continued.
4) How did you join the Lady Sinister’s crew? She who brought me to the Rogues was Master Gunner for that ship. Over the course of few rum soaked evenings, I’d found a soft spot for the Sinister’s crew. And, in return, they have made me family, despite my many faults.
5) Why did you join the Raging St. Mae? Captain Traveler Hawk has always commanded my respect. When I looked around and felt a need for both change and refuge, the Raging St Mae was the first ship to come to mind. Other captains were kind enough to welcome me, but the St. Mae seemed the place to be.
