Piper
The Lady of the House dressed in her finest, ventured out to go shopping.
As usual she was shadowed by her brother and his men.
During the course of the day, she was approached by a very young girl (Verbena) who engaged her in conversation. While they were talking, a second young girl (Verbena’s sister Piper) slipped up behind the lady to cut her purse strings.
Because of her shadowy escort, the Lady of the House retained her purse.
Being in a benevolent state of mind (still retaining her gold), and with her brother's entourage the sisters were transported back to her house to start work in the kitchen (to repay what they tried to steal) and to protect them.
Piper met and married a barbarian and went off that direction, but we still see her when she get's a chance to come back.
