Guild Master

The Guild Master is the official representation for the various guilds on the Captain's Council. Originally, the Guild Master had no ship or banner of his own. The Fleet Guild Master is a recognized as the equivalent of a Captain.
The Guild Master may be asked to mediate cases among the Fleet where a Captain is either unavailable or an alternative representative is requested.
