The rank of crew is the rookie or newest rogue rank. At this level crew may decide where they wish to advance by studies, training and setting example to the traits of a desired advancement.
A rogue may have this rank if they have not shown any skills, are new to the ship and not dispatched to a proper position, or because of lack of involvement
