−	Edward Woodson Featty was born in 1678 just outside of Ireland. The son of a respected and beloved Cardinal, he was the middle of three children and the only male. Edward was groomed at an early age to be a cleric in the Church, able to recite passages from the Bible at the age of three. When he was four years old Edward's Father moved the family to France where was ordained a bishop. With his father's new found influence Edward was granted the finest education and wanted for nothing.
