== Biography==

Born a goddess, Belladanna offered fertility and war to those who worshiped the gods; she was known for her beauty and kind loving nature. Belladanna lived in Folkvang, a beautiful godly world with fields of green, mountains, and rivers of blue and plenty of sun shine. Belladanna spent the first half of her life living amongst the gods and traveling between the worlds to be with her beloved human husband. During these times of love and joy, there was also pain for amongst the humans wars were breaking out all over the land killing many warriors. In the fall of 1684 her husband joined the fight joining the French forces alongside King Louis XIV. By May of 1685 her husband was dead, his life coming to an ending by a spear to the heart. Belladanna was heartbroken and cried a river of gold onto the land of France where her husband lost his life and was buried. Alone and weakened by grief Belladanna decided to flee the god’s world and vanish amongst the humans, since she spent most of her life living amongst them she felt safe to hide amongst them. Belladanna had used her falcon feathered coat to travel between the worlds, and now she will use it one last time to remain in the human world. Belladanna said farewell to her two beloved cats, and after seven years of loyal service, she granted them their one wish to become witches and live amongst the humans. Belladanna arrived in Brittany, France in the winter of 1685 and began her new quiet life as a peasant. A local family took her in to their home and supported her quiet life without question to her origins. The family taught Belladanna about their culture, arts and their religion, that interesting enough had little knowledge of her or the other gods she used to know, they called it Christianity. In return to their knowledge, Belladanna taught them some of her magic and helped them to see the good in everyone they encountered. Belladanna enjoyed her life with this loving family but in the summer of 1700 she knew she had to leave them, for they were growing older as she remained the same. With fear of causing panic in the family she again fled, leaving the land of Brittany, France. In her wanderings of France she learned many skills in the art of the written word and quickly became a skilled scribe. She was known by many and became a documenter for many war generals, and those who ruled the lands. In 1710 Belladanna decided to leave France altogether, for she had become fascinated with the sea which she heard and read about and wanted to experience in real life. She traveled to the ocean shore and began seeking a Captain that would take her on board. Days went by and then finally she found a Captain that would accept her onto the crew but, only if she would agree to completing tasks and work hard on the ship and eventually become the crews scribe. Belladanna agreed to these terms since writing had become a passion for her it seemed to all fit together. She surprised but slightly shocked when the Captain announced, “Ahoy mates, we have acquired a female pirate to our ranks”. Captain Amon chuckled and said to Belladanna, “Welcome to the sausage fest, this is Stalkie McGroper; he is going to be your new captain, for I be stepping down”. Looking at her new Captain Belladanna smiles while Captain McGroper says, “Welcome to the crew my lady you now belong to The Blood Eagle”.

Captain Hawk - Belay pin for knot tying

== Biography==

- Born in 1678
- Excommunicated in December 6,1700
- Joined the Raging Saint Mae in 1706

Edward Woodson Featty was born in 1678 just outside of Ireland. The son of a respected and beloved Cardinal, he was the middle of three children and the only male. Edward was groomed at an early age to be a cleric in the Church, able to recite passages from the Bible at the age of three. When he was four years old Edward's Father moved the family to France where was ordained a bishop. With his father's new found influence Edward was granted the finest education and wanted for nothing.

On the eve of his tenth birthday, Edward's father presented Edward with a very special gift - his very own ship. Edward named the ship the Prestige and insisted on taking the ship out to sea. His father hesitantly agreed and they ventured into the Mediterranean. They were less than an hour off shore when the canons of a pirate ship left the ship dead in the water and Edward's father dead at sea.

Upon his rescue and return to Paris, Edward was embraced by a friend of his fathers, also a bishop, and confined mostly to the church. But the loss of his father and the call of the sea had infected him. He needed revenge Edward spent the next two years learnings what he could from the elders of the church of piracy and seamanship, sneaking from his room to the docks at night and honing his skills as a sailor (He would have continued his private education longer but he sailed into a typhoon during Christmas of 1699 and crashed in southern Italy, prompting his stepfather to confine him to the church permanently.

In the fall of 1700, Edward was to be ordained as a brother, but his need for revenge overwhelmed him. He felt like a prisoner. In a moment of insanity, he urinated in the Eucharist and struck the Pope before fighting his way out of the church and stowing himself on a cargo ship. Eating of what he could (mostly rats), Edward remained hidden for several months until the ship finally docked. After a few hours of silence Edward made his way to he deck of the ship and was instantly overjoyed; he was back home, in Ireland.

== Biography==

The story of Falcon begins incredibly early. Niut, his uncle, was at odds with his parents Jorge and Maria Fenix. Shortly after they were wed, Niut slew Jorge over a disagreement about how to tie a Monkey’s Foot and he died before Falcon was even born. When Falcon was 5 years old a cholera epidemic took his mother’s life and Falcon and his brother Renaldo where left in the care of Niut whom in a fit of rage slew Renaldo and sold Falcon into servitude. After Niut killed his brother Renaldo, Falcon had sworn he would avenge both his brother and father, so once of age he ran away and found himself in Cairo working as ship hand, his goal to earn enough money to hunt down his uncle. As the years went by he had many battles with Niut. Falcon was once on the verge of killing Niut; until his mother Maria, Niut’s sister, stopped him.

The battle wasn't over yet, for over twenty years fighting and challenges ensued. One day they met up on the shores of The Isle of Lost Grace. Falcon and Niut then challenged each other to a boat race, where they each raced in a boat made of stone. Falcon and Niut agreed, and the race started. But Falcon had a secret weapon: his boat was made of wood, not stone. Niut's boat, being made of heavy stone, sank, but Falcon's didn't. Falcon then won the race, and Niut went into a rage. A viscous and heated battle ensued wherein Falcon slew Niut. Not far away while on shore leave Daphne TartNSweet of The Nautilus heard the commotion and came to find the source, coming upon Falcon. Although Niut had been slain, he had injured Falcon’s eye and placed a wound upon his chest so Daphne sought help and brought him safely into the Harbour.

Falcon’s wounds where great and many, they ran deep, but as he healed the sailors on Ships of the Fleet would stop by and help care for him. Once recovered Falcon went to work for Harbourmaster Kaushunn where he labored for a year in The Harbour in payment for all that they had done to aide him. Then one day Falcon heard a rumor that Niut still lived! He cast his eyes out to sea and saw the magnificent fleet arrayed in all their color and glory. Off to one side was The Sun God, the flagship of the Rogues at the time, swaying slightly in all it’s at anchor in the rolling tide.

Falcon stood there looking at the sleek vessel as he pondered the parallels between his life and that of the great Egyptian God Horus. Falcon was suddenly startled from behind by the voice of Captain Amon, ”She’s the finest ship you know”. He wasn’t asking a question. He was merely stating it as fact. “I have been watching you work on these docks for some time now and like what I see. That’s my ship there.” He cocked his head in the direction of The Sun God, “If you can be on her by 4 bells tomorrow morning see my First Mate Stalkie McGroper and Fin my Quartermaster will see to it you have a berth, I believe a cannon ball opened a vacancy the other day.” And without waiting for a response he turned upon his heal and strode off towards his ship.

After many years of service on The Sun God one day out astraddle the bowsprit securing the sheets when he overheard Captain Amon speaking candidly with his first mate Stalkie McGroper out on the foredeck about his desire to move on to grander adventures. Even after completing his work Falcon became concerned if he returned down too soon he might interrupt what seemed like a very personal conversation and find himself in a poor place with the ships head so he strapped himself down and busied himself securing the loose ends of several ropes nearby. After some time the two officers who seemed to have taken no notice to Falcon turned away and headed for the main deck. As Captain Amon headed down Stalkie McGroper paused and called over his shoulder "Falcon! you can come down now! We are gathering the crew and that includes you! Make Haste!"

Falcon quickly slid down, his heart beating fast and fearing that perhaps he had crossed a line and was now to be brought to the Captains Mast for being in the wrong place at the wrong time and intruding on their private conversation. In short order the crew was assembled and Captain Amon informed his crew that he would be leaving and that Captain McGroper would be taking charge of the ship. Soon after Captain Amon soon after the ship made port and although Falcon never saw Captain Amon leave the ship he was no longer there as if the Egyptian Gods had swept him up. Sometimes falcon would catch glimpses of what seemed like wisps that could have been his old captain but never quite sure if it was him.

Soon after his new captain, Captain McGroper called the ship together and to a man they voted to rename the ship The Blood Eagle and Captain Groper's first order was to turn north and as they sailed forth with unending haste he regaled the crew with the Nordic stories of his childhood. It was these stories that grabbed the heart of Falcon, he was not sure if it was the change in the seas as they left their well know waters or the glint in the captain's eye as he told legends to the crew but Falcon found himself no longer comfortable with Horus tugging at his heart and found himself more and more entranced with the stories of Weyland the Forger. Now there was a god that used his hands and made things! That was a god meant for a rigger. So one night soon after Falcon packed away his icons of old and gathered about him his new found faith looking forward to the new adventures his captain and ship would deliver him to.

That was totally how became known as "altered beast"

Anywho, realizing he would never be smart enough to understand that the earth has only been around for 5,000 years and persuing his militant desire to find Jesus he went to the sea with a scotch egg in one hand, his mug in the other whistling if you're happy and you know it the whole way to the beach.

He sat there practicing his butt-trumpet and calling seagulls to nest in his beard for many years. Till Stalkie found him and offered him some hobo-stew and they hopped trains and played banjos till the world was filled with the sweet sound of awesome and wookie's over-ripe BO.

== Biography==
The Master Artisan for the Sun God is known as Prince Charming. Some sneer at the moniker, calling it at best a nickname for the way this “pretty boy tosses his hair”. Others believe, a tale, that his namesake is no joke, that he truly is the fabled hero.

Once upon a time, Prince Charming’s travels crossed with the path of Commodore Amon’s. The two became fast friends and confidantes.
At the surface, it was an unlikely friendship, Charming being who he is and the Commodore being the leader of a fleet of pirates. But Commodore Amon’s mission impressed Charming, for Amon sought to help those in need. Indeed, Amon reminded Charming of another ally of his, Robin Hood.

The next thing anyone knew, Prince Charming was Commodore Amon’s First Mate and was sailing on the Sun God along with Stalkie McGroper, then the Bosun of the fine vessel.

The trio sailed through rough waters, and fought together through many a fierce battle. But their alliance was to be tested. Charming had royal obligations and quests that pulled him away from his duties on the ship. These absences lead to an emotional decision by the Commodore. He had to have a First Mate who could be a constant presence on the ship.
So came the day that the Commodore had to go to Charming with this news. Ironically, it was only days before Charming would set out for an adventure to a distant land. A fledgling shire was in danger, and needed his help. As much as it saddened Charming, he knew that it was something that needed to happen. Perhaps it was inevitable. He did take solace in the fact that Stalkie McGroper would be promoted to First Mate, a position that he felt Stalkie highly deserved.

But he was not to leave the crew, for Commodore Amon asked Charming to stay on as the Master Artisan of the ship. Charming happily accepted the position. With that, the three toasted each other knowing that once Charming (along with his faithful sidekick, Dashing) had set things right in that distant shire he would come back to the Sun God.
And he did.

Now Charming is sailing once again with the Sun God, now stronger with a full crew. Yes, Charming will be called away from the vessel on some heroic quest, or to fulfill his royal duties. But he will always return to the Sun God once the wrongs have been righted, the damsels are out of distress, and the villains have been brought to justice.

So is he the real “Prince Charming”? This tale besides, there is certainly evidence to back up the theory. His royal connections have made certain situations much smoother for the fleet. He seems to be friends with King Henry, and his son Prince James. The Lord High Sheriff has been deterred by Charming, and has been seen bowing to him. Then there is the fact that Charming seems to leave a trail of glitter wherever he goes, and forest animals seem to talk to him. Lest we forget the fact that he has dated many princesses….and then he does have that glass slipper….

But it could be all a coincidence.

'''What were your parents or those who raised you like?''' My parents are good, hard working, salt of the earth kind of folks. They are two of the nicest people I have ever met, and are likely ever to meet. My father worked in service of the Crown on the HMS Titan as a shipwright, and rose to the rank of Captain. While still in the service, he and my mother had my brother, Sean, and I followed 10 years later. They raised me with a good set of values, which I took with me when I left home and went to university at Oxford. '''What was your profession before you became a pirate?''' Royal Navy Lieutenant '''What/who made you go to sea for the first time?''' The Royal Navy made me, but I learned to love it. '''How did being at sea make you feel?''' At first, just seasick. After, I found the sea a wonderful freedom, but not as free for others as it was for me. Being an officer was much easier than the regular seaman, and that bothered me. '''Who was the first Rogue you met?''' Dirty Little Irish (DLI) '''How did you meet them?''' It was at Oxford I met a small Irishman with a dirty temper (DLI), and another, slightly taller Irishman who was thin as a rail, so we called him "Fat." We all became fast friends, and upon graduation, we all moved to the big city -- London. The dirty one and I fell out of touch for a while, and when I next saw him, he was hanging around a shady group of characters that I hardly knew, one calling himself a prince, another saying he led a large fleet. They did not look like the navy sort, though, but they were likable. '''How did you become involved in The Rogues yourself?''' I joined the Royal Navy, and with my background at Oxford, they moved me to Lieutenant fairly fast aboard the HMS Resilient. After countless training maneuvers and mapping missions to the north, our first real assignment was to the Caribbean, where a particularly ruthless band of pirates was plaguing the shipping lines. We ended up in a skirmish with one of them, and our green and stupid captain was outmaneuvered by the pirates -- their broadside killed half our numbers and broke our main mast. My ship remained floating, a testament to it's name, and the skill of the pirate captain who laid siege to it. When we were finally boarded, who should I see standing before me but the same man I met when I saw DLI, who I found was indeed the Commodore of a Pirate Fleet, and Captain himself of the Sun God. He asked us all if we would join up with their numbers. Most of my crew said no, that they would take their service of the crown to their grave. I knew that becoming one of the pirates would afford me freedom, both from death and from the bonds that the Royal Navy put on myself and my men. I joined the Commodore, and watched my crew as they were slaughtered, including my old captain, who was given the most gruesome punishment of all -- he was mummified alive. After, I was taken into service of the fleet for a year, where I found my "Fat" friend (Featty) had also met up with this band, and he ended up vouching for my loyalty to the group for my year of servitude. After that, I was assigned to Captain Moon of the Rising, but the Commodore asked if I would be his Quartermaster shortly after, and I accepted. Now, I can't imagine being on any other ship.
'''How long have you been in The Rogues?''' Since August 2007
'''Were you on any ships prior to coming to The Sun God?''' The Rising
'''How did you meet Captain Amon?''' See above stories.
'''How long have you been on The Sun God?''' Since September 2007
'''What is your position?''' Quartermaster
'''What does your service mean to you?''' My service means many things -- a love of being on the sea, a love of freedom and the people around me. Also, a love for the darker side of things, the ability to walk the line between black and white, good and evil, and be wonderfully gray.
'''What do you hope to accomplish in The Rogues?''' I hope to have a long and storied tenure -- if I become a first mate or a captain, so be it. I hope to have a lasting and positive impact on my ship, my crew and my fleet.

== Biography==

Dealings of the pirate, Grimm: It must be stated that the following account contains many acts of a cruel and merciless heart, tenebrous as the most aphotic night. If presentiments and fear may in their turn overwhelm you and leave you tremorous, now may be your best opportunity to put this away, never to be perused again. Recent events may be omitted for clarity, some others are indescribable in their hideous representation of mankind. Even now, I shudder as I begin to gather my thought in order to scribe the events that shaped the life of this ignoble criminal. Accepting what most would balk at, Grimm resolutely rode the waves of fate as they eventually steered him to his final destiny. At the very brink of endurance, he was given one last chance at salvation. He laughed and spit blood to the floor. Ominous clouds rode in from the horizon. Thunder clapped and rumbled all around. Only one ship stood clear from the storm, safe and floating on the sea. The path was clear. Finally, a place for Grimm to show his gunnery skills. Ultimately, the journey scarred him, but inside he was calm, because now he has found his true home, among the scallywags of The Sun God.

== Biography==
